About Producer

My name is Chayan Vinayak Goswami and I am an independent filmmaker and owner of G-Productions LLC based in Menlo Park, California.

I have funded this non-profit documentary myself and have no affiliations with any of the organizations mentioned in this documentary. For the past 5 years, I've worked with a small team of people to connect the dots behind the spirituality of meditation, which has been explained in ancient scriptures thousands of years ago, with modern day scientific research taking place around the world.

Why Meditation?

Meditation, a centuries-old practice that has been highly regarded for its ability to heal and transform both the body and mind, has seen a significant rise of people practicing meditation to maintain their wellbeing along with being increasingly accepted by the scientific community for the benefits it provides. However, have you ever wondered what takes place in our bodies and minds when we practice meditation and what do these transformations look like?

My documentary, the Science and Spirituality of Mediation, investigates the answer to these questions.
